Services AI for your existing team
AI that makes your existing team faster.
AI for your existing team means giving each role an assistant set up for its real work, and the training to use it well. BurmLabs builds the assistants around how your people already do their jobs, so they draft, summarize, and look things up faster while every decision stays with a person.

For
The people you already have, in the tools they already use.
A person keeps
Every send, approval, and customer conversation.
Starts with
One role and the three tasks that eat most of its week.
What it is
Most teams already have access to AI tools and get little from them. A blank chat box does not know your products or how your quotes are worded. People try it, get something generic, and go back to doing the work by hand.
We set up assistants that know the job. Each one is given the role's reference material, its templates, and instructions written from how your best person does the task. Then we train the team on real work, at their desks, until using it is quicker than not.
When it fits
A good fit when
- People write the same things often. Quotes, follow-ups, summaries, replies, and reports.
- Knowledge lives in a few heads. New hires ask the same questions for months.
- The team is willing. At least one person in each role wants to try it.
- Good examples exist. Past work shows what a good result looks like.
Not the right tool when
- The goal is to remove a role. This service is built to make the people you have faster.
- The work must run with nobody involved. That is a job for an agent or a workflow.
- Nobody has time to learn a new way of working this quarter.
- The information involved cannot be shared with any AI tool.

The quote follow-up
Input
Quotes sent last week that have had no reply, with the emails and call notes on each.
Action
The assistant reads the history on each quote, skips customers who already answered, and drafts a follow-up in the salesperson's own wording.
Output
A short list of drafts waiting each morning. The salesperson reads, edits, and sends each one with a click.
Exceptions
Quotes with a complaint, a pricing question, or a changed scope get no draft. They are listed for the salesperson to handle directly.
How we build and run it
Watch the work
We sit with each role and note which tasks repeat and where time goes.
Build the assistant
Reference material, templates, and instructions are set up for that role and tested on past work.
Train on real tasks
Short sessions at the desk, using this week's work.
Set the rules
A one-page guide says what may go into the tool, what must be checked, and who to ask.
Check back
After a few weeks we review what is used, fix what is not, and add the next tasks.
What changes the scope
- How many roles are included and how different their work is.
- Which AI tools the business already pays for.
- How much reference material exists and what shape it is in.
- How sensitive the information is.
- How much time the team can give to training.
Any new subscriptions are named, with their cost per person, before you decide.
Questions
What does AI for your existing team mean?
Setting up AI assistants for specific roles in your business and training the people in those roles to use them. The assistant prepares drafts, summaries, and answers. The person checks the work and makes the decisions.
Will this replace anyone?
No. It is built for the people you have. It takes the repetitive writing and looking-up off their plate so more of their time goes to customers and judgment.
We already have ChatGPT or Copilot. Why is this different?
A general AI tool knows nothing about your business. We give it your material, your templates, and instructions written for each task, then train your people on their real work until it saves them time.
Is our information safe?
We agree on what may be entered before anyone starts, pick tools and settings to match how sensitive the information is, and write the rules down for the team.
How do we know it is working?
We pick a few tasks at the start and compare how long they take before and after. If a task is not faster, we change the setup or drop it.
